At HasimFX, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital products such as sound effects, templates, project files, and motion assets. Due to the digital nature of these products, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the product has been delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once access to the digital files has been delivered or downloaded.
  • Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, personal disinterest, or if you are unable to use the product due to lack of software compatibility or knowledge.

3. Exceptions

  • A refund may be considered within 24 hours of purchase only in the following situations:
    • The files were not delivered due to a technical issue.
    • You have not received manual access despite contacting support with valid proof of payment.
  • Each case is reviewed individually. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with the following details:

  • Full name used in the order
  • Transaction ID or screenshot of payment
  • Clear description of the issue

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once payment is confirmed, our system either provides instant access or we manually deliver the assets through Google Drive. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect email addresses or user inaction.

6. Unauthorized Distribution

Attempting to claim a refund while retaining or sharing access to our digital files is considered a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in blacklisting.
