  • No physical item is shipped; everything is digitally downloadable.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments for Indian customers are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • International customers can pay via PayPal, which accepts credit/debit cards globally.
  • We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card or UPI details.

4. Refund Policy

  • We offer a strict no-refund policy for digital products once delivered.
  • In rare cases of technical issues or delivery failure, a refund may be issued within 24 hours of purchase after review.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • All digital content is either created by HasimFX or rebuilt using original creativity and design techniques.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets for your personal or client projects.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the assets as your own.

6. Manual Delivery & Access

If instant access fails, users can contact us through WhatsApp or email with their transaction proof to manually receive access to their files via Google Drive.

7. Email Communication

By purchasing, you consent to receive communication related to your order, future updates, and exclusive offers via email. You may unsubscribe anytime.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may arise from the use of our products. Always review and test before using assets in commercial projects.
